Admissions at Swaraj India Public School follow a structured and transparent process, designed to help families make an informed choice. Applications are accepted based on availability and age criteria, and we encourage parents to begin the process early to ensure a smooth transition into the ICSE learning environment.
How to Apply
Parents can begin the admissions process by:
- Register
Filling out the registration form online or at the school office.
- Submit Documents
Submitting necessary documents including the birth certificate.
- Campus Visit
Visiting the campus to meet the admissions team and understand the environment.
Original documents must be presented for verification during the interaction.

The admissions journey at Swaraj India Public School follows a clear and transparent path:
- Submission of the registration form along with required documents
- Interaction and assessment for the child (where applicable)
- Communication of admission status by the school
- Confirmation of admission upon fee payment
Please note that registration does not automatically guarantee admission.
Fee Structure
The fee structure at Swaraj India Public School comprises:
- One-time Admission Fee (non-refundable): ₹30,000
This confirms the student’s place once offered and completed. - Composite Annual Fee:
Payable quarterly through the school’s official digital payment portal. - Examination & Board Charges:
Examination charges for ICSE/ISC boards are separate, as determined by CISCE.
All fee payments are to be made through authorised school channels. Detailed fee guidelines are shared with parents during the admissions process.

Classes 1–5: Online or in-person (as applicable)
Class 6 onwards: Mandatory on-campus visit (Latest report card is required to proceed)

Registration
Start registration by filling the initial form and paying ₹1,500 (non-refundable)

Application Form
Receive online application form link via Email/Whatsapp

Complete Form Submission
Upload photographs of the child & both parents, birth certificate, report card & Aadhar card.

In-Person Validation
& Form Check
One parent must visit the campus; the child is not required at this stage

Entrance &
Interaction
1 parent compulsory + child mandatory (Both parents preferred)
Meet with the Principal, Director & teachers. Duration ~2 hours

Tuition & Fees
This new plan is designed to reduce the average cost of a Make School Education while preserving the core protections of ISAs – if you don’t have a job after Make School, you should not have to pay until you are employed.
